The space
This beautiful apartment offers a luxurious, comfortable experience. The kitchen is fully equipped for short or long stays and includes a coffee station with an espresso machine and milk frother for perfect cappuccinos. The living room has a 50-inch TV with cable and a large sofa bed (1.40 m x 1.90 m) for two people. The private bedroom has a comfortable double bed, air conditioning, and a private bathroom with a hydromassage shower and hot water. Enjoy the jacuzzi on the patio, plus a private laundry area with a washer.
Building common areas
The entire apartment is for your exclusive use, with no spaces shared with other guests. Free public parking is located around the corner from the building — a bay with a security booth. You can leave your vehicle there and tell the attendant you are going to the BIOTERRA building. The parking spots in front of the building are not very secure, since they sit on a main avenue and belong to the businesses there (a dental clinic on one side and a pet store on the other).

An excellent stay. The place is beautiful, impeccably clean, and very comfortable for resting. Everything was organized, with welcoming spaces and wonderful service. Without a doubt, one of the best accommodations I've ever stayed in. I recommend it 100% and would go back without a second thought.
