A modern 28 m² duplex in industrial style with luxury finishes. Private jacuzzi inside the apartment, 160x190 cm bed (queen size), double sofa bed, private bathroom with hot water, fully equipped kitchen, coffee station with a professional espresso machine, 55-inch Smart TV, and symmetrical high-speed fiber-optic internet (300 Mbps — the same upload and download speed). The loft is in a building with closed-circuit TV (CCTV) and 24/7 monitoring.
