A modern 25 m² loft in industrial style with luxury finishes. 160x190 cm bed (queen size), private bathroom with hot water, fully equipped kitchen, coffee station with a professional espresso machine, 55-inch Smart TV, and symmetrical high-speed fiber-optic internet (300 Mbps — the same upload and download speed). The loft is in a building with closed-circuit TV (CCTV) and 24/7 monitoring.

The entire apartment is for the guest’s exclusive use. In addition, the building has common areas you may also use. I loved staying at this apartment. From the moment I arrived I felt so comfortable — it's a beautiful, welcoming, modern space that's clearly very well cared for. It's in a great area of Cali, which made everything convenient and peaceful. It has everything you need for a quiet and pleasant stay. Everything was clean and organized. I would recommend it wholeheartedly and would happily come back.

I go to Cali a couple times a year and this is the best place I've stayed at. The neighborhood is really nice and safe. I'll be staying here when I go back.
