This is a smart building, so access to both the building and the apartment is fully autonomous. Enjoy amenities such as a coworking space, functional gym, jacuzzi, steam room, and more. On the ground floor you'll find the Café Quindío shop, the best coffee in Colombia.
The space
A modern, compact 27 m² duplex in industrial style with luxury finishes. 160x190 cm bed (queen size), sofa bed, private bathroom with hot water, fully equipped kitchen, coffee station with a professional espresso machine, 55-inch Smart TV, and symmetrical high-speed fiber-optic internet (300 Mbps — the same upload and download speed). The loft is in a building with closed-circuit TV (CCTV) and 24/7 monitoring. The apartment is a small, cozy space designed for guests looking for a dynamic, functional stay. Please note that it has steep stairs with short treads, which may be uncomfortable for people with mobility difficulties, knee problems, or anyone who is not comfortable with this kind of access. Because of this, the apartment is not suitable for everyone, so we recommend taking this into account before booking.

The entire apartment is for the guest’s exclusive use. In addition, the building has common areas you may also use. These are: - Games area (3rd floor) - Coworking area (2nd floor) - Open coworking area (4th floor).
