With two spacious separate bedrooms, each with its own full bathroom and air conditioning, your comfort is guaranteed at all times. You will also find a work or study area, ideal for your professional or academic needs. The kitchen, fully equipped with everything you need for your stay, lets you prepare your favorite meals with ease, whether you are here briefly or for a longer stretch. Relax in the spacious living room, fitted with a ceiling fan and an impressive 55-inch TV, for moments of entertainment and rest.
Building common areas
You can enjoy all the facilities the building has to offer! On the fourth floor you will find an open-air calisthenics area. On the other side there is a coworking space and a meeting room. You will also have free high-speed Wi-Fi in this space. On the 9th floor there is a small pool with hydromassage jets and a city view (it is not heated). Remember that these areas must be booked in advance. And on the ninth floor, there is a small pool with a view of the city.

I loved staying at this apartment. From the moment I arrived I felt so comfortable — it's a beautiful, welcoming, modern space that's clearly very well cared for. It's in a great area of Cali, which made everything convenient and peaceful. It has everything you need for a quiet and pleasant stay. Everything was clean and organized. I would recommend it wholeheartedly and would happily come back.

I go to Cali a couple times a year and this is the best place I've stayed at. The neighborhood is really nice and safe. I'll be staying here when I go back.
