Guests have private access to their studio and may also use the building’s common areas, such as the lobby and coworking space. Entry is fully autonomous via digital lock, for your convenience and security.
The neighborhood
La Flora is one of the most residential and safest areas in northern Cali. Tree-lined streets, parks, restaurants, and supermarkets, plus proximity to major clinics, business districts, and shopping centers such as Chipichape and PriceSmart. Getting around
From the property you can easily get around by Uber, DiDi, or public transit. We are 20 minutes from the airport, 5 minutes from Chipichape shopping center, and 10 from downtown Cali. If you have a car, there is public parking nearby. The neighborhood is also great for walking thanks to its friendly, well-connected setting.

The location is amazing, close to plenty of restaurants, stores and no shortage of things to do. The neighborhood was pretty safe and definitely lively at times. Overall I would definitely recommend and would stay again.
